Raster version of the classic 1979 Asteroids game by Atari. This Quartz Composer file is intended as an example use of QC as a game prototyping tool. I've tried to stick to the original game-play, so watch out for the small saucers - they can be crafty little sods ;-) QC doesn't have any sound playback ability :-( so this is currently mute, I plan to wrap this QC file in a Cocoa app bundle and add the sound from that side. Have fun.

There's now a version of AsteroidsQC wrapped up in a simple Cocoa bundle on my site if anyone want's to play it without the Developer tools installed. No sound yet, but it's on my todo list.
